Order Edit Features
The system allows both the admin and vendors to edit orders even after they have been placed by customers. This feature provides users with the flexibility to update order details when necessary.
Order Edit from Admin Panel
Admin can edit orders directly through the admin panel by navigating to the Order Management section. In this section, they can view a complete list of all orders, including pending, confirmed, packaging, and other statuses. However, only pending and confirmed orders are eligible for editing.

Path : 6Valley Admin Panel> Order Management> Order List
From the Order list, choose any of the orders that you want to edit, click the eye button & you will move forward to the order details page, where you will get an option to edit products.

Path : 6Valley Admin Panel> Order Management> Order List > Order details> Edit Products
After selecting the Edit Product option, a confirmation pop-up appears asking for approval to proceed. Admin should click the “Yes” button to continue the edit process.

Path : 6Valley Admin Panel> Order Management> Order List > Order details>Edit Products
Through this feature, products can be added or removed based on requirements. Once the updates are made, the system automatically displays the revised total reflecting the latest product prices.

Path : 6Valley Admin Panel> Order Management> Order List > Order details> Edit Products> Product List
After confirming the changes & by clicking on the “update Cart” button, the system then automatically displays the revised product price

Path : 6Valley Admin Panel> Order Management> Order List > Order details> Edit Products> Product List
Note: If an order is reduced after payment has been made, the admin must refund the remaining amount. If the customer has signed up on the platform and ordered through their account, the refund can be given in cash or digitally. If the customer is a guest user, the refund must be processed manually.
Order Edit from Vendor Panel
To enable order editing from the vendor panel, the feature must first be activated by the admin.
The admin can turn on the toggle option from the Business Setup section under Business Settings in the admin panel.
Once the admin enables the toggle, vendors can edit orders directly from their panel.

Path : 6Valley Admin Panel> Business Settngs> Business Setup> Vendor> Vendor Can Edit Order Toggle
The vendor panel editing process follows the same steps as in the admin panel.
The vendor goes to Order Management, selects an order from the list, and then edits the desired order accordingly.

Path : 6Valley Vendor Panel> Order Management> Order List > Order details> Edit Products
Note: Push notifications have been added to notify users when an order is edited and when a refund amount is processed.
When an admin or vendor edits an order by increasing or reducing the quantity of products, the user is notified through the website. This notification keeps the user informed about any changes made to their order.

After the update is completed, the user can view the revised order details, including the updated total price.
If there is any refundable amount due to product reduction, the return amount is also clearly displayed on the user’s account for transparency.

Smart Deeplink
Smart Deeplink support has been implemented to allow users to open the mobile app directly from the web for key pages, including Home, Track Order, Referral Login, Product Details, and Vendor Shop.
If the app is already installed on the user’s device, it will automatically redirect to the app. If the app is not installed, the system opens the web version and shows an option to install the app.
Advance Filtering Option For Vendor
The Order List has been fully integrated with advanced filtering options for vendors. This feature helps vendors quickly sort and find orders based on specific criteria, saving time and improving order management efficiency.
From the vendor panel, the vendor needs to go to Order Management, where the order list is available. In this section, vendors will find the Filter option.

Path : 6Valley Vendor Panel> Order Management> Order List >Filter
Vendors can now search and filter orders by status, date, or other relevant criteria, enabling faster and more efficient order management.

Path : 6Valley Vendor Panel> Order Management> Order List >Filter
