Guidelines Feature In Admin Panel
A setup guide pop-up is always displayed in the admin panel. It lists the essential steps to complete before starting your business. Sometimes, admins are unsure about which settings they need to configure before starting their business. This setup guide helps them by clearly showing what needs to be done.

Suppose the admin needs to complete 10 steps in the setup guide. When the admin clicks the pop-up, a list of all the steps is shown. Completed steps have a blue checkmark next to them. Steps that are not yet completed still need to be finished. A percentage is also displayed to show how much of the setup is complete.

For example, the admin is required to set the general setup. The admin should select the general setup option to configure the general settings. This will take them directly to the general setup page and show a side popup with a brief description explaining why it is important.

After completing all the necessary steps in the general setup, the admin will have the option to save the information. If any mistakes are made, there is also an option to reset the setup.

Once the information is updated, the number of remaining steps in the setup guide will automatically decrease. The completed setup will immediately show a blue checkmark, indicating that it is finished.

This example shows a basic setup to help you understand the process. The admin can use it to complete all the required setup.
Dynamic Color Customization
The admin can customize the admin panel colors in the admin panel website setup, which is located under the business setup. In that section, they will find color settings where they can make the changes.

Panel sidebar color is used only for the background of the panel sidebar menu. The primary light color is used for website cards and sections. But for the panel sidebar, it is recommended to use a dark color to make the text easier to see.

Invoice Logo Add, Remove, and Customize
If the admin wants to customize, add, or remove the invoice logo, they can do it from the business setup section. There, they will find a section called “Invoice.”

In the invoice settings, there is an option called “Logo of the Invoice,” where the admin can update the logo or keep the current one. If the admin wants to remove the logo from the invoice, they just need to turn off the toggle button.

Business Pages Feature
The admin can add new business pages from the Business Pages List section under Pages & Media. A maximum of 10 new pages can be added to the list. The added pages will be shown in the website footer.

To add a new page, the admin needs to click on “Add New Pages.” Then, they just need to add an image, title, and page description to create the page. There is also a toggle option to turn the page on or off. If the admin wants to temporarily disable a page, they can use this option.

Currency Update
From the System Setup, the admin can add any new currency they want to include. This helps in managing different types of currencies from various countries.

If the admin wants to keep only one default currency, they can do that by setting its status to “Default.”

SMS Configuration Testing
For the SMS configuration module, the admin can choose which system will send verification or notification messages to users via SMS.
If the admin connects an external SMS service provider, such as Twilio, Nexmo, or Msg91, the messages will be sent through that third-party provider.
Alternatively, if the admin enables Firebase OTP, the messages will be handled by Firebase.

File Manager with Search and Recent Files Functionality
Earlier, the file manager did not have options to select, search, or copy files. But now, in the admin panel, the file manager includes options to select files, copy images, and search files by name.
