Product Restores Features for all Users:
In 6Valley, customers can request a restock for stockout products. This feature helps customers quickly access desired items without missing out. It also helps businesses to track demand and restock popular items to improve customer satisfaction.

The restock requests will be visible to both the admin and sellers. They will appear as notifications on the admin and seller panels.

When a notification is received, if the products belong to the admin’s shop, they will appear in the in-house product restock request list.

Alternatively, if the products belong to a vendor’s shop, they will be displayed in the vendor’s product section.

Once a request is received, the admin or seller can either approve or decline it. When the product is restocked, customers who submit the request will automatically be notified about its availability.

The User App helps customers by making it easy to view their requested products. If the customer wants, they can cancel any restock request.

POS Section
The POS section improvement includes paid amount and change amount features in the admin panel, seller panel, and user app. Users can also see the amount of money they paid when viewing order details.

Managed Export with Filters
Admin can easily filter data from subscribers and customer lists based on some information. Which will help to find customer’s data easily.
For the Customer list, the Admin can filter by order date, customer joining date, and customer status, and choose by the specific number of the customer list.

Same as for subscribers, for subscribers admin needs to provide the subscription date and choose the specific number from the subscription list.

Stock Clearance & Discount Offer Section
If any clearance sales are going on 6Valley, customers can enjoy a specific stock clearance sale section on the home page of the user app. It will help users to enjoy exclusive discounts, helping them save money on a wide range of products.

This stock clearance sale can be set from both the admin panel and the seller panel.
In the admin panel, the Admin can set it from promotion management in the Clearance sale. There they will get three options
- Manage Inhouse Offers
- Vendor Offers
- Priority Setup
To manage in-house products, which are the admin’s products, the admin must first activate the “Sale Offer” section and complete the setup of offer logic.
Additionally, the admin can choose the type of discount to apply. Discounts can either be applied to specific products or set as an overall flat discount.
After completing this process, the clearance sale will appear on the website’s homepage.

In addition to managing their in-house products, admins can also promote vendors’ products through the promotional management system for clearance sales. To do this, the admin must first enable the “Show Offer on Homepage” button and then add the vendors to the list.

For the priority setup, the admin can sort products for the clearance sale based on their preferences. This can be done by using either the default sorting list or a custom sorting list.

Sellers can upgrade clearance sales or flat discounts on their products from the seller panel. In the promotional management section sellers can find clearance sales.

Marketing Tools
6Valley supports integration with various analytics and marketing tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, X (Twitter) Pixel, and Pinterest Pixel.

If anyone is unsure about how to set up these integrations, each tool section features a ‘How It Works’ option. By clicking on it, users can access clear, step-by-step instructions to guide them through the process.

A Call-To-Action in Product Details
A call-to-action section in the 6Valley user app’s product details page lets customers directly add products to their cart without going back to products. It simplifies the ordering process for users. If anyone selects one product in the add to cart and scrolls to other products a popup section will show there.

Payment Method On/Off From Admin Panel
The admin can restrict specific payment options for users by On/Off toggle buttons directly from the admin panel. This feature simplifies payment management saves time and reduces manual effort for vendors and admins. But at least one method must be activated to run your marketplace.
